Victor Conrad Seabrooks

Victor C. Seabrooks, of Perry, passed away on August 1, 2020 in Tallahassee, Florida.  Graveside service was held on Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the Springhill Cemetery.  

He is survived by his mother, Ruth Baskin; his brothers, John Phillips (Brenda) and Darrin Phillips; his uncle, the Reverend Billy Baskin (Catherine); nieces and nephews,

Michael Phillips, Maylaysha Gilbert, Julien Phillips, Kenyatta Johnson and Kenneth Johnson; special cousins, Frank Gant, Charles Baskin, Sherry Wiggins and Mike Richardson and a host of other relatives and friends, too numerous to list.
