Pastor Wesley Smith, Jr., 65, of Panama City, FL pierced the sandy banks of time with his sword to study war no more on Monday July 31, 2023 in Panama City. A graveside celebration of life will commence 11am(eastern) Friday, August 11, 2023 at the Tallahassee National Cemetery. Pastor Smith will lie in state from 4pm-6pm (central) at New Beginnings AOTS Church (Panama City, FL) on Thursday, August 10, 2023.

Professional services have been entrusted to the care and comforting ministry of Damien Davis and Evans-Walker Funeral Home.
