Monique Jasmine Collette Garner

Our hearts are saddened to announce the passing of Monique Jasmine Collette Garner, 24, of Port St. Joe. Monique passed Saturday, February 18 in Port St. Joe. A celebration of her life is scheduled to convene Saturday, March 4, 2023. A celebration of life in honor of Monique will commence 3:00pm Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Covenant Word Christian Center International with burial to follow at Magnolia Cemetery, both in Apalachicola. Monique will lie in repose at the church for viewing from 2pm until the hour of service on Saturday.  We solicit your prayers for her family during this difficult time.
