It is with heavy and humble hearts, that we respectfully acknowledge the passing of the late JAMES ROULHAC, 95, of Apalachicola, FL. Having finished life's duty, Mr. Roulhac entered eternal rest on Thursday, November 24, 2022 in Apalachicola.
