Our beloved Franko passed away on October 26, 2020 in Tallahassee, Florida. His walk-through viewing will be from 5 PM to 7 PM on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at Mount Olive Freewill Baptist Church in Quincy and his celebratory service will be held 1 PM Sunday, November 8, 2020, also at Mt. Olive. (Social Distancing and Mask Protocol is mandatory for attendance of these events).
