We respectfully announce the passing of Mr. Eugene F. Russ, Jr., 68, of Apalachicola, FL. Russ departed this earthly life, Sunday, December 10, 2023 in Panama City, FL. A celebration of his life be held 11am on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at St. Paul A.M.E Church. Mr. Russ will lie in state from 10am until the hour of service on Saturday at the church.

Final arrangements have been entrusted to the care of Damien Davis and the Evans-Walker Funeral Home Staff.
