It is with our heart’s deepest sympathy that we respectfully announce the passing of County Commissioner Noah Lockley, Jr. Mr. Lockley, 72, of Apalachicola entered eternal rest Tuesday, November 14 at his home. A celebration of life, in Commissioner Lockley’s honor, will be held 11am on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the Former Apalachicola High School Gym “The Matchbox.”
